There are many conflicts that we heard in our life that’s happen in the workplace. Conflict is a bad discussion happen between colleagues who works in the same project. They should constrain with roles and solve their problems between them without any compromise . People who work in the same place and from different cultures are not the same in their opinion and ideas. They can make a discussion strategy to resolve their misunderstanding issue. I have one conflicts that’s happen to me in my job between me and my friend. We were conflicts about one man who was our leader that time. I told him that his family name is Al-kaabi, he said no he is Al-krbi, so we were fighting in our room. I told him to not be upset. We try to find an answer to this problem in a nice style not in bad behavior. We bring that man and ask him and what’s your family name , I was right and his wrong
